The MTV representative, attorney Mark Habka, filed a lawsuit against those who have attacked the channel at the Palace of Justice in Beirut.
After filing the lawsuit, Habka refrained from providing details about its contents but noted that he had delayed filing the lawsuit due to the war conditions. However, when matters escalated to the point of endangering the lives of the Chairman of MTV and its employees, it became necessary to bring the case to court, stressing that "we have complete faith in it."
He added: "The Minister of Information must be more vigilant regarding journalists and must take action after the incitement to endanger the lives of everyone working at MTV on social media. We have all the evidence of this and have submitted it to the judiciary."
