A high-ranking security source denied through MTV that there was any kind of danger or threat at the Dar al Amal center in Sin el Fil after security forces inspected the center and its surroundings, following the spread of fear in the area. This came after Israeli commentator Edy Cohen posted on X: "Hey Lebanese, what's going on at the Dar al Amal center in Sin el Fil next to the Horch Tabet Park? There is a lot of mystery inside this place. Enlighten us; may you get enlightened soon."
