Caretaker Prime Minister Najib Mikati will receive today French Foreign Minister Stéphane Séjourné, who will be visiting him at 3:30 pm at his Beirut residence.
The visit comes "as part of ongoing diplomatic efforts to reduce the escalation in the region,” as reported by Agence France-Presse quoting diplomatic sources.
Séjourné is also expected to meet with Speaker Nabih Berri and his counterpart Abdallah Bou Habib.
