The Lebanese Red Cross issued the following statement:
"On July 30, 2024, at approximately 7:40 pm, an airstrike targeted a residential building in Haret Hreik, Beirut area, resulting in injuries and the destruction of residential buildings.
Accordingly, the emergency and rescue teams of the Lebanese Red Cross swiftly responded to the scene, providing immediate medical assistance, evacuating the injured to nearby hospitals, and supporting rescue operations. Additionally, 10 units of blood were sent to Bahman Hospital.
As of now, preliminary information indicates more than one martyr and over 20 injuries. We will provide further updates as more information becomes available."
