Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri welcomed Caretaker Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdallah Bou Habib at the Second Presidency in Ain el-Tineh.
Discussions reportedly covered general conditions and political and field developments in light of Israel's ongoing aggression against Lebanon and the Gaza Strip.
Speaker Berri also met with the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Lebanon, Mojtaba Amani, with whom he discussed the latest developments in Lebanon and the region, as well as bilateral relations between the two countries.
Additionally, Berri hosted Australia’s Ambassador to Lebanon, Andrew Barnes. Talks between the pair touched on the country’s general conditions and bilateral relations.
