Watch: Dead and injured in a hit-and-run incident in Germany

German media reported that at least two people have been killed and 25 others injured when a car ran over a crowd of pedestrians in Mannheim, western Germany.

Local police stated that a security operation is ongoing in the city center, in the area around Wasserturm/Plankenkopf.
