The Palestinian News Agency Wafa reported that 33 people were killed, mostly children, in an Israeli airstrike that targeted a house sheltering 50 people in the town of Jabalia, in the northern Gaza Strip.
The agency stated that among the victims were 13 children, and a large number of injuries have been reported. The wounded were transferred to the Baptist Hospital, while several individuals remain missing under the rubble of the destroyed house.
Wafa quoted local sources as saying that Israeli warplanes bombed a house crowded with residents and displaced persons from the Al-Oloush family in the Jabalia town area.
