Germany's draft budget for 2025 calls for its bilateral military aid to Ukraine to be halved, with surpluses from frozen Russian assets to continue supporting Kiev, a parliamentary source told AFP on Saturday.
The source said that Chancellor Olaf Scholz's government, keen to save, does not plan to "provide any additional aid" to the four billion euros allocated in next year's budget for military aid to Ukraine, confirming press reports.
