Health Minister Wael Abu Faour called for a vaccine to be found in efforts to protect political factions from the waiting virus stopping them from fulfilling their duties.
During his speech at the inauguration of the health center at the Lawyers Association in Beirut, Abu Faour demanded local rivals to stop relying on foreign interference and do what they must for the country, noting that his aim is to fight corruption.
“We believe that we have partners within the state that disappointed us,” he said, adding that he was expecting the civil society to back the anti-corruption campaign.
Abu Faour assured that despite being let down by the public, the judiciary lived up to the expectations as a true partner.
