French Ambassador to Lebanon Patrice Paoli told Monte Carlo radio, on the sidelines of the International Day of the Francophonie, that Lebanon possesses a distinctive Farncophony which is highly appraised for its authenticity.
Paoli took the opportunity to announce the Montana theater's inauguration for cultural activities during the special day that celebrates French cuisine and cinema among other components bridging the gap between different communities.
The ambassador voiced his concern over the risk of identity loss in the wake of culminating conflicts, noting that the remnants of tension and extremism build language barriers and create severe deterrence vis a vis inter-cultural communication.
