Foreign Minister Gibran Bassil visited on Tuesday the French Parliament and met with Speaker Claude Bartolone.
Bassil said that all unconditional donations for the Lebanese Army were appreciated.
"The French affirmed that the donation for the army was going on the right track and that they were waiting for finalizing details with the Saudi Arabia," he said.
"Lebanon will, in no way, ask for bombing armed men in Arsal terrains by the coalition planes," he asserted.
Asked about the presidential vacuum, Bassil said that electing a president was a must but it should not be linked to ISIS dossier and the danger of terrorism.
