PSP: Trierweiler did not meet Jumblatt

Progressive Socialist Party media office issued the following statement:

"Several media outlets spread news that former French First Lady Valerie Trierweiler had a dinner banquet at MP Walid Jumblatt's residence, where she met Lebanese figures.

PSP media office would like to clarify that Trierweiler did not visit Clemenceau, Jumblatt's HQs, neither did she meet the latter nor she had a diner banquet. To make it clear, during her visit to the Syrian refugees' camps in Lebanon's Bekaa, she was accompanied by Noura Jumblatt, the deputy's wife.

Also relevant French authorities, including France embassy in Beirut were following up on her visit in details."
