Caretaker Prime Minister Najib Mikati <javascript:void(0)> Saturday declared December, 10 a day of mourning for late former South African President Nelson Mandela.
Flags at state and municipal buildings will be flown at half mast and television stations will modify their broadcasts as appropriate to “the importance of this great symbol,” said the Prime Minister, to coincide with the Mass held for Mandela at the open-air football stadium in South Africa’s Johannesburg.
