"Urgent statement to the residents of southern Lebanon: Transit or relocation south of the Litani River is strictly prohibited starting from 5:00 PM (17:00) until 7:00 AM (07:00) tomorrow. Those located south of the Litani River must remain in their place. For your safety, you must adhere to these instructions."
