Watch: 50 people die in rainstorm

In China, 50 people were killed and 15 others were missing as of Monday evening, due to Typhoon Gaemi in the city of Zixing in central Hunan Province.
Ever since late July, rainstorms caused by Typhoon Gaemi have severely affected the city of Zixing, causing flash floods and landslides, according to the Chinese news agency Xinhua.
According to the Chenzhou Headquarters for Supporting Rescue, Restoration and Reconstruction in Zixing, 128,000 people were affected and 11,869 houses and buildings collapsed. Electricity, roads, and communications were cut off in villages.
