A video captured the moment a Saurya Airlines plane crashed in Kathmandu, Nepal's capital, after its wingtip struck the ground during takeoff, causing the plane to catch fire.
There were 19 people on board, including the crew, and according to the latest information, the death toll has risen to 18.
