Army Commander, General Joseph Aoun, received at his Yarzeh office, Canadian Brigadier General Louis Lapointe, in the presence of Canadian Ambassador to Lebanon Stefanie McCollum.
The army commander also received MP Najat Aoun Saliba, with whom he discussed the general situation in the country, in light of the ongoing Israeli aggression on Lebanon.
Major General Aoun then received the head of the Beirut Association for Social Development, Ahmad Hachmieh, who came with a delegation of Beirut dignitaries. Discussions touched on various issues.
