Flags lowered at Serail to mourn former PM Salim Al-Huss

Flags have been lowered to half-mast in front of the Grand Serail on Monday following a circular issued by caretaker Prime Minister Najib Mikati, declaring official mourning for the passing of former Prime Minister, Salim Hoss. 

The circular mandates that flags on all government buildings, institutions, and municipalities be flown at half-mast for three days. 

Additionally, radio and television stations have been instructed to adjust their regular programs in line with the solemn occasion.
