FC Barcelona announced another transfer on Sunday via a statement shared on social media and published by its official website.

"FC Barcelona and Stade Rennais FC have reached an agreement for the transfer of player Mikayil Faye for €10.3 million. The Barcelona club reserves a right of repurchase for €25 million and 30% of a future sale of the player," the statement began.

"The club publicly expresses its gratitude to Faye for his commitment and dedication and wishes him the best of luck and success in the future, both personally and professionally," it added.
