Minister of Labor, Kamil Abu Sleiman, on Friday received in his office at the ministry the French Ambassador to Lebanon, Bruno Faucher, with whom he discussed the bilateral relations.
Discussions mainly focused on means to benefit from the CEDRE projects for the poor and middle classes in terms of creating job opportunities for the Lebanese.
Minister Abu Sleiman relayed Ambassador Faucher's emphasis during the meeting on the need that the Lebanese government speeds up the necessary reforms to implement the CEDRE conference, especially in terms of the endorsement of the public budget without any delay.
Abu Sleiman also met respectively with MPs Ziad Hawat and Simon Abi Ramia, with talks reportedly touching on the general situation in the country.
