Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez on Monday accused Argentine President Javier Milei of not being "worthy" of the countries' "fraternal bonds" after Milei sparked a diplomatic row with comments about Sanchez's wife.
"I am fully aware that the person who spoke yesterday did not do so in the name of the great Argentine people," said Sanchez, in response to Milei describing his wife Begona Gomez as "corrupt" during a speech in Madrid on Sunday.
