The municipality of Baassir in Iqlim Al-Kharroub on Friday announced that a young man in the town had tested positive for Covid-19, and urged all those who had come in contact with him to notify the competent authorities.

According to a statement by the municipality, the patient is a 20-year-old local who tested himself in a Beirut-based private hospital after showing symptoms of the novel coronavirus.
