Lebanese Forces Chief Samir Geagea maintained, on Monday, that his party's poll battle aims to " dig Lebanon out of a deep hole," adding that the LF actions speak for its electoral program.
"We, as the Lebanese Forces party, are leading the electoral battle -- in north Metn and in all regions -- with the aim of digging Lebanon out of a deep hole it has faded in and take it to a place we have always dreamed of," Geagea said during a popular festival held by the "Metn, The Heart of Lebanon" electoral list in Sad El Baouchriye.
"The Metn district is, indeed, the heart of Lebanon," he said.
"Our list is the only civil society configuration that is capable of leading the elections efficiently," he continued.
"It is a list of a resistant civil society, as it includes the Lebanese Forces," he stressed.
"Our electoral program lies within our actions," the LF leader added.
"If we want to get out of the hole, all we need to do is vote for the LF," he concluded.
