The Lebanese expatriate, Mohammed Mahmoud Bachir, and his Syrian wife, Nisreen Kreidi, were found strangled to death on Friday after being dumped at a roadside in Istanbul's Arnavutky neighborhood.
The slain Bachir is from the southern town of Beit Leef in the district of Bint Jbeil.
The Turkish police reported the disappearance of their 10-year-old son. Search is underway to find his whereabouts.
Police suspected two Syrian nationals who might have committed the crime for theft motives. The two Syrians were arrested pending investigation.
The slain couple works in Istanbul in household linen field.
