Deputy Head of the Higher Islamic Shiite Council, Sheikh Ali Al-Khatib, received at the Council's headquarters, United Nations Special Coordinator for Lebanon Joanna Wronecka who paid him a farewell visit upon winding her mission in Lebanon.
Discussions during the visit touched on developments in Lebanon and the region in light of the continuing war against Gaza and Lebanon.
Sheikh Al-Khatib wished Wronecka success in her new duties.
